(A) Mucosal incision-assisted biopsy on subepithelial tumor. After cutting the mucosal layer with a needle knife, biopsy is performed on the subepithelial tumor with forcep. The final diagnosis is gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). (B) Endoscopic ultrasound guided-fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA).|@|~(^,^)~|@|(A) Endoscopic submucosal dissection for subepithelial tumor. The final diagnosis is leiomyoma. (B) Submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER). After approaching the subepithelial tumor through tunneling, the tumor was removed, and the incised mucosa was sutured with hemoclip. The final diagnosis is duplication cyst with an ectopic pancreas.
